Sustainable Fairfax
Sustainable Fairfax supports the philosophy that we must attend to the needs of the present without sacrificing the ability of future generations and the natural world to provide for their own needs. Sustainable Fairfax is a nonprofit educational organization providing the infrastructure for all age groups in our community to work together to regenerate and preserve the social, economic and environmental well-being of Fairfax and its sphere of influence. Sustainable Marin Sustainable Marin is a non-profit organization working since 1999 to advance environmental and economic sustainability and social wellbeing throughout Marin County through our grassroots efforts and those of our town and city chapters and affiliates, collectively called "the Sustainables." Sustainable Mill Valley Sustainable Mill Valley fosters sustainable decision-making throughout Mill Valley, with a focus on promoting the adoption and implementation of public policies that reflect sustainability principles. |
Sustainable Novato
Sustainable Novato's mission is to bring about a healthy and vital environment, self-reliant economy, and inclusive community for the long term. Sustainable San Rafael Sustainable San Rafael is dedicated to advocacy and community education to help bring about a healthy, balanced and aware society. We are residents and business people organized around the idea that we can-and must-do more in our own community to fight global warming and encourage more sustainable living. Our primary focus is working with our city and county government to adopt policies that do this, and with our fellow citizens to lead by example. |
